# Calibration & Installation of Beacon Probe

 Printer Model: RatRig Style  
 MCU / Printerboard: BTT Octopus Pro  
 Host / SBC  
 Klipper log

Hello,

I installed the Beacon probe on my printer on the way how it is explained on the Beacon homepage.

When I want to calibrate the probe I do the following:

G28 X Y  
G0 X206 Y187  
BEACON\_CALIBRATE  
TESTZ Z=-1

Then Klipper shows up following error message:

“Must home axis first: 206.000 187.000 442.000 [0.000]”

Does someone know where the mistake is?

Ahh I updated the Beacon Probe to the Version: v2.0.0-21-gee5d7709  
and now its working ☀
