### Basic Information:

Printer Model: Anycubic Kobra Max (v1)
MCU / Printerboard: CB1 (BTT pi) / Trigorilla (I am pretty sure)

[klippy-8.log.zip](https://klipper.discourse.group/uploads/short-url/cbj1mnbnszOZK7JWyD9DGguJq75.zip) (2.5 MB)

My last few prints have all ended in a klippy\_shutdown error. Not really much else on the error. There was something about an MCU shutdown or disconnect, but I was unable to get back to that error message after it was rebooted.

While we are not supporting foreign Klipper versions, the error you are having is described here: [Timeout with MCU / Lost communication with MCU](https://klipper.discourse.group/t/timeout-with-mcu-lost-communication-with-mcu/6639)

Thanks as always, Sineos. I didn’t try a different USB, and just changed the method of which I am powering my MCU, so we’ll see if that resolves it. Thanks so much for your assistance.
