Hello everyone .I bought a printer, printed three parts, and unfortunately, the 42-26 motor stopped supplying 24 volts to the pla.I changed the motor.The firmware is 1.0.7. I checked the ribbon cable.The printer is new.

Please upload a Klippy.log and post in English (you can use an online translator if needed)

Also, the Ender 3 V3 series printers run a modified version of Klipper, so the help we can offer will be limited.
