Hi in the manual [I found the note](https://www.klipper3d.org/Config_Reference.html#thermistors) about adc\_temperature and custom thermistor. I’m not really sure on how to use it. the custom temperature I would simply use like this?

[thermistor my\_temp\_sensor]
temperature1: 1111
resistance1:222
temperature2: 3333
resistance2:333
temperature3: 44444
resistance3:444

[extruder]
…
sensor\_type: my\_temp\_sensor

and for the ADC type I could do it like this? So I could use as many data points I want? At least if I stay reasonable I guess \<1000

[adc\_temperature my\_adc\_temp\_sensor]
temperature1:
voltage1:
temperature2:
voltage2:
…
temperature300:
voltage300:

[extruder]
…
sensor\_type: my\_adc\_temp\_sensor

Looks right to me.
An example would look like this:

```auto
[thermistor bed_thermistor]
temperature1: 44
resistance1: 35899
temperature2: 75
resistance2: 14760
temperature3: 100
resistance3: 6710
```

You have to measure the resistance of your custom thermistor for the particular temperature.
With those three points Klipper can interpolate/reconstruct the temperature curve.
