Most relevant items, e.g. error messages, are covered there** _ ### Describe your issue: … Hello I installed the klipper firmware on a GEEETech i3 printer. Then I made a mainsailOS on an sd card with an imager. Mainsail sees the printer, but when I warm up the extruder or the bed, mainsail and the firmware restart. It worked with Merlin firmware and octoprint. ---

So the thermal runaway protection kicks in. The MCU may be back-powered by the Pi, and there is no proper power for bed and hotend (printer turned off) as **both** do not heat. ---

Thank you, I can access the mainsail in a browser, as soon as I heat the extruder or bad, the printer turns off and the firmware restarts. My first printer, approx. I used it 1 month ago with marlin. I am still inexperienced in 3d printing and printer settings. If you could advise me on what to change in the settings, I would appreciate it. ---

Ignore my previous comment, I did a wrong test ☹ , I was stupid and didn’t turn on the printer 😃 . So the motors go in the x, z, y direction as well. However, on the x axis, when it moves to the right, the printhead hits the z axis (there is no limit switch there, then I will put one there). The klippy log still shows an error when heating the bed and the extruder. ---

the printer works, it doesn’t print well yet, I’m testing the settings. if someone has a similar problem, I will send the printer.cfg ---
