# Installed Klipper Mainsail and XYZE stepper motors not functioning

### Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3V2 Modified  
 MCU / Printerboard:Creality 4.2.7  
 Host / SBC  
 klippy.log

I just Installed Klipper mainsail using a 5 inch Touch screen/ Rpi3B+ and created a Klipper.Bin file and installed it. The touchscreen works great and connects to my E3v2 printer but my stepper motors will not home or move. I did test to make sure end stops work. The hotend and bed will heat. my printer main board is a Creality 4.2.7.  
I’m a newbie to Klipper but have been printing using Marlin for 5 years. I also use my PC to log into the Mainsail console with same results. Any help would be great.

I got it solved, I had to change pin configuration in printer.cfg swapping the step pin with the dir pin to get the motors working.
