may you have a look at Xamarin at write one App for multiple Platforms at once 
Xamarin is trash. Have you ever actually shipped an iOS app with it? So difficult to get App Store approval even Microsoft themselves doesn’t use it for their biggest iOS apps.
I wouldn’t start to create something like AutoCat for iOS in Xamarin but rebuilding fluidd for mobile devices is a great job for xamarin forms
Personally I’d use Flutter and get everything in one shot. It isn’t trash, pretty easy to get stuff into every store and Google is using it for very high profile apps (Google Pay, Adwords and more)
