With respect to the original board: - It looks like a pretty cheap RAMPS clone, so most of [klipper/config/generic-ramps.cfg at master · Klipper3d/klipper · GitHub](https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/blob/master/config/generic-ramps.cfg) should be applicable - The Marlin sources call it MKS BASE, most likely some clone of [MKS BASE 1.0 - RepRap](https://reprap.org/wiki/MKS_BASE_1.0) - This post, [Trying to create a printer.cfg.
