Hmm, this is a bit strange:

  • Your error message is Rescheduled timer in the past

  • This is caused by your extruder stepper (look at the i= value and see above link):

  • Neither your PA value nor the stepper settings would indicate this, so I’m not sure what is happening

  • Try deleting

    instantaneous_corner_velocity = 1
max_extrude_only_distance = 1400
max_extrude_only_velocity = 75
max_extrude_only_accel = 10000
max_extrude_cross_section = 99999

  • Set pressure_advance_smooth_time = 0.01 to 0.04
