# SB2209 (RP2040) Neopixel not turning on, need help to do the fix

### Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron 2.4 siboor aug version  
 MCU / Printerboard: Octopus pro / SB2209 / RP2040  
[klippy.log](https://klipper.discourse.group/uploads/short-url/zEcH37Y7YO491ZZ6SbuRODWe8qc.log) (56.9 KB)

Host / SBC  
 klippy.log

_Fill out above information and_ **_in all cases attach your_ `klippy.log` _file_** (use zip to compress it, if too big). _Pasting your_ `printer.cfg` _is **not** needed_  
_ **Be sure to check our “Knowledge Base” Category first. Most relevant items, e.g. error messages, are covered there** _

For Host / SBC, need what it is or how i find it…

I have same issue of this one… [SB2209 (RP2040) Neopixel not turning on - #5 by wilsgarc](https://klipper.discourse.group/t/sb2209-rp2040-neopixel-not-turning-on/23239/5)

I just dont know how to do to install the correct update or how to find it, im new into this…  
if someone can help me about this

Try updating to latest Klipper and reflash the boards.
