# SKEW commands not working after upgrade

Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus  
 MCU: stm32f401  
 `klippy.log

### Describe your issue: Skew Commands not working after upgrade.

I ran the update manager and patched my os Ubuntu Server and updated Klipper and I think Moonraker. I’ve been working through SKEW calibration which requires prints measurements and adjustments and reprints to see if you can get closer to a perfect print. After the upgrades when typing into the Console SET\_SKEW with the new parameters I get a return of Uknown command. Here is an example with another SKEW command to get the current profile.

Unknown command:“GET\_CURRENT\_SKEW”

Things were working before the last upgrade, and I was able to make SKEW adjustments. I’ve looked and don’t see any changes to the SKEW documentation for Klipper.

I;ve attached my klippy.log

Any ideas what might be broken?

You are missing the `[skew_correction]` config section.

I must have commented it out for troubleshooting. Then I had an issue with the extruder and had to rebuild the hot end so forgot I had done. Thank You very much for replying and for the catch. SKEW commands are working now that I have uncommented that section.

Hi, I’m just wondering if SKEW correction is worth doing? Be good to get people’s experience on this… I’ve actually printed and measured but cannot really understand the documentation. I failed to understand how to find and measure the XZ. can someone please point me to the right direction? Thanks
