Firmware Build issue Atmega328p

Host / SBC Raspberry pi 3B+

Describe your issue:

Tried to build firmware for the Atmega 328p. I found a issue on github for that specific problem, but i couldn´t find a solution to it. The issue is closed since 2021 and the problem is still present. There are a lot of workarounds but none of them work for me.
Has anybody a functioning solution to that?
