I ran all three stress tests three separate times with no issues.

Excellent. This limits the reasons:

• Try enabling logging as detailed in the guide to see if anything comes out of it
• Use the same approach as detailed in the stress tests with a live dmesg session open to maybe get any useful output when the crash happens
• Try adding the line

  dtoverlay=dwc2
  

  to the end of the /boot/firmware/config.txt then reboot.
