With respect to the original board:
- It looks like a pretty cheap RAMPS clone, so most of klipper/config/generic-ramps.cfg at master · Klipper3d/klipper · GitHub should be applicable
- The Marlin sources call it MKS BASE, most likely some clone of MKS BASE 1.0 - RepRap
- This post, Trying to create a printer.cfg. Is it possible to get fan pin and stepper current info from marlin source? - #2 by Sineos, provides some hints, how to navigate through the Marlin sources
- The break detection you can probably use a free endstop pin and follow Configuration reference - Klipper documentation
- With the dry-box, I have no clue what they are doing there. Likely there is no native support in Klipper but maybe with macros something can be done. Would require a solid understanding of what the original firmware is doing.
