Not really sure, what you are asking:

  • PuTTY is a SSH client, which allows you to establish a secured tunnel for a terminal session.
  • With SSH you can access the operating system in which the KlipperScreen application is running
  • KlipperScreen itself is an application that creates a browser frontend that you can access, e.g. with FireFox, Chrome etc. This cannot be accessed via SSH
