MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Missed scheduling of next digital out event

Basic Information:

Printer Model: upgraded 3D cloner
MCU / Printerboard: SKR 1.4
Host / SBC orange pi 3 LTS
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

printer halts after random amount of time into a print with the following message:

MCU ‘mcu’ shutdown: Missed scheduling of next digital out event
This is generally indicative of an intermittent
communication failure between micro-controller and host

I have tried changing all the cables, using wifi and/or ethernet cable for the network, have fitted head sinks and fan to the SBC.
