Some general pointers:
- Your z-offset is quite high but could work, depending on the type of BLTouch you are using. Refer to Probe_calibrate results in negative number - #5 by Sineos and the following posts. If you leave the recommended manufacturer range for the mounting position, this can lead to bad results
- Since it seems a quite large printer, you may be affected by the so-called location bias. Also see https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/pull/6149 for more details (work in progress)
- The defined z-offset might need fine-tuning, depending on the used filament. PLA needs more “squish”, i.e. a slightly higher z-offset. You can also use set_gcode_offset
