I’m going to update the system file package to see if I can get a log. updated sorry for the inconvenience a sincere apology
And you got the klippy.log from the lower right?
Also: You worked on your system. There should be changes.
Yes, it’s from the same place but it catches my attention that it comes out on November 20th and nothing comes out on the 23rd.
something is very wrong with your setup… pls click on the bell icon on the right top with 9+ notifications and post screenshots from the notifications. maybe this will help here.
is the klipper service itself running? you can also post a screenshot from the “power menu” on the right top.
is it possible, that you use an “old” moonraker.conf from another system?
I’ve asked @sergio to explain how he is getting the klippy.log
with screenshots of the steps so we can understand what’s happening here.
This is the configuration I made in the last installation, how can we know this?
to copy an old moonraker.conf could be very bad. it looks like you mixed up different systems right now and your current klipper.log download path (moonraker log path) doesnt fit with your current system.
this is just a guess…
That usually means you don’t have enough space on your computer’s hard drive to store the file.
Try emptying your “Recyle Bin” and try again.
I have emptied the trash and deleted some files from my documents and download folder
