Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron trident
MCU / Printerboard: MKS SKIPR & MKS THR36

I’ve just gotten my mcu and tool head board set up on canbus following the thread here but this sanity check has me stumped. The setting command seems to be the right option here but changing it throws the same error.

I don’t believe you can change the restart method on CAN nodes, and command is the default anyways. Simply delete the restart_method lines from your config.

Thanks for that. Removing it changes nothing, It still gives me the same error.

Weird errors come from incorrect formatting or incomplete lines in the cfg file.

You’re right. I found another mcu restart line in the middle of the file. My fault for not checking it correctly.
