Describe your issue:

Hi All,

I’m turning crazy, whatever I do, I can’t get the rear of the bed, leveled to the front.
And strange but, the rear of my prints are over squished like an “over-compensation”…

I used tape to increase the rear height of the bed with no luck.
In fact, the QGL should set the four measured points at the same level ?
Then the Bed Mesh should average all around ?

Anyone have an idea why the rear of my bed is ALWAYS lower (~0.3mm) that the front ?

Thanks for your help !!!

printer.cfg (11.8 KB)
macros.cfg (7.6 KB)

If needed, this is my config files.
Thanks for your help.

And the last one.
SB2040V3.cfg (4.9 KB)

This is the shape of my Bed before I applied tape :

I don’t understand why QGL/Bed Mesh keep rear as low…

All my big prints are too squished at the rear of the bed and too light at front.
Like an “over-compensation”.
All I do is at the same temperature, 50°c for the bed and 220°c for the nozzel.
The Z end_stop is calibrated at the center of the bed, the Eddy coil too.

Thanks

Even if I increase the tape layers number, the rear is always ~0.3mm lower than front.

Update to latest Klipper Git version and check if this improves your situation. For background information, see [BUG] Accumulating microstep shift during probe moves related to endstop oversampling.
