BIQU filament sensor keeps trigger

I have a problem with the sensor keeps trigger. I have the sensor mounted together with the spool holder and a tube to the extruder.
It was first set to the BIQU default 2.88 and I would get a filament out on the first layer then I changed it to 7 and I get a filament out at after 3 layers.
The worst part is that if I don’t hit resume right away within a minute it will ask me to ‘Home All’ before it will resume which of course not possible and I have to stop the print.

Why didn’t you attach the klippy.log as requested?

The printer is in my office I will upload it on Monday.

I edit my files using this and until now I have only got one false out off filament
