Describe your issue:

…BTT kraken can’t get limit switches to work. Steppers, heater, thermistor all work. But cant get the limit switches to do anything

I have tried signal and ground, 5v and ground.
! ^ in the config and no matter what they will not change status when triggered.

Hello @Bobbertz !

Could you a bit more specific on the hardware you use?

And please attach the klippy.log to your next post.

It’s more than likely a wiring issue.

-If the end stops are just microswitches without a board, you may not be using the correct terminals on the microswitch.

-if the end stops have a PCB (board) as a part of the end stop, then we need a photo and information from those boards. These typically require signal, ground, 3.3-5V to work correctly.

I figured it out it was my mistake. Long story short. Default on the board is NC my switches were NO. 2 wire limit switches use ground and signal I added an “!” To end stop on config.

However the problem is now the endstops work intermittently sometimes they work perfect and other times they crash into my printer violently
