Hello,
I am trying to set up an SB2209 (RP2040) with an Octopus 1.1 using CanBoot (katapult). I have set up everything according to the Bigtreetech guides and the How to Use CAN Toolhead Boards Connected Directly to Octopus / Octopus Pro on CanBoot document. After going through the guide and trying to start up the can0 network, I realized the network wasn’t starting automatically. As suggested in the document, running the “sudo ip link set up can0 type can bitrate 1000000” command brought up the can0 network and I was able to connect to the boards. The connection wasn’t interrupted for around an hour so I believe there isn’t any problems with the hardware. When I do a firmware restart the connection is lost until I run the aforementioned command. Could this be a problem regarding the /etc/network/interface.d/can0 file? Is there a way I can force the raspberry pi to start the network when it comes down?
