Complete Newbie Trying to Setup Klipper with Duet6HC and Raspberry Pi5

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Custom
MCU / Printerboard: DUET 6HC
Host / SBC: Raspberry Pi 5
klippy.log: Not sure

Hi guys. I am completely new at this, but I am trying to setup Klipper on my Duet 6HC + Raspberry Pi 5 setup. I think I figured out getting Klipper on the RPi5 by using Kiauh but I am having trouble figuring out how to flash Klipper to my Duet6HC and get my extruders working/controlled (also the PanelDue 7i).

Starting with the most basic question, should I be using the big ribbon cable to attach the RPi5 and Duet6HC? Or should I be using USB-C to USB-A (from Duet to RPi) to connect the two?

I’m really stuck, any help would be really appreciated it. Thank you.

I don’t own or have any knowledge about a Duet 6HC, but I remember reading many topics about that printer. You may use the “search” function here.
