I have been using this k1 for several months without issue. Rooted yesterday and installed klipper, now getting error during almost every print, then K1 shuts down. Seems to have about 10 mins into the prints.
I performed a PID of extruder and bed, saving the config between them, found no change. I did notice some odd dips in the extruder temp at the start of the print however they were not when the error occurred. I have not been able to catch it when the issue occurs and it shuts down. Looking in the log, I do see a few times the extruder temp was suddenly cooler before the error. But, since this only started after rooting, it would seem logical that it is not a hardware issue. No other changes were made. Unless the creality firmware just less sensitive to the fluctuations.
The K1 is stock with no modification besides the firmware change. the hot end is the one with the black silicone sock. I see there are a lot of issue with them in other forums. But want to make sure before I throw a part at it. This is my first time looking at a klippy log and would appreciate another opinion.
Also, the fan does not seem to be the issue as it should have been on minimally when the printer stopped and I did not see a temp fluctuation from it when I was monitoring for the issue.
