Feature request: dry run mode

I really wish this feature existed, would make things easier during macro dev and general testing.

In addition, the debug flags would be terrific as well as implemented here:

What about removing the filament from the extruder?

Thanks for your feedback.

I am aware of these options, but I still consider the Marlin way to be superior and less of a hassle if you want to run a quick test.
