Heater Extruder not Heating

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Elegoo Neptun 4 Plus
MCU / Printerboard: stm32f401xc
Host / SBC mkspi
klippy (1).log (2.5 MB)
/ 64bit aarch64 with 4 cores
klippy.log

Describe your issue:

Hello,

the printer aborts directly after 3 seconds after starting with this error message. A temperature increase is only minimally visible. The hotend has already been replaced. The cabling also looks OK.

This printer is using a heavily modified Klipper version, so no meaningful support can be provided from our side.

It though looks like some electrical hardware defect - potentially on the thermistor side but more likely on the heater side.
The log indicates that the firmware is turning on the heater with a target of 170°C and full power but the temperature does not rise at all
