Hoping someone knows the ender 6

Printer Model: ender 6
MCU / Printerboard: manta m4
klippy.log
klippy.log.txt (2.2 MB)
printer.cfg (11.7 KB)

Hoping someone out there may know or has an idea cause ive done all i know including replacing hardware.
So recently the ender 6 has devoloped some layer shifting but at the exact same height on a file called the lost cube which is kinda a calibration type file, now previous i never had issues with this file other two machines print it no problem…so what i have noticed though is a weird snap pop bang kinda sound like the machine is triping on its self, so i have went ahend replaced steppers, all belts pulleys were in good health as were the wheels, after replacement still experiencing same issues, so i have gone through belt tensioning for the past three days trying different tensions making sure both sides were as close as possible…still no change.
Now i have come here hoping maybe i just buggered something in my printer.cfg etc, so i have included a klippy log and printer.cfg should have uploaded hopefully.

PLEASE! someone have an idea lol! I am slowly going mad over this thing or maybe i have gone mad already!

As a side note…i happen to hit a button by mistake and noticed a post by sineos in regards to resheduled in the past error…i do get this frequently,.
I do kind of understand the explanation, but slightly confused with it, i will try and take a look at that, one thing it says on there is reduce speed i feel like mine isnt that fast but not sure.
Anyways any help will be greatly appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:
