How can be add that the Software check in the 3d Touch is deployed for homing

ok i saw a error.

i had

sensor_pin: ^PC8
control_pin: PA8

but on mks manual its PC4 on the Z+ port.

that changed the sensor pin.

MKS sells BL Touch as 3D Touch: https://de.aliexpress.com/i/32963580738.html

even with manual how to connect.

what should change the pin bring when it works 95% of the time. It only change the pin. its not that i doesnt work anymore. its only sometimes that it not deployed the pin and not register it.

j24? unpopulated port in the wifi module connector . but what should that change? it can read out pin when deployed.

all i want that it check if the pin is deployed before it moves to home z and that not only 1 time

That’s correct, but the Z+ port still has the same pull up/current limiting resistor:

As I said above, I’m suggesting pins that have no pull up/pull down or in line current limiting resistor which can affect the operation of the pin.

There are quite a few on the board that you should be able to take advantage of. As I said above, I’m just suggesting ones that have a GND pin beside it to simplify your wiring.

Can I say I’m not sure they do? On the AliExpress page you list, there is this ā€œBrand+ā€ symbol before listing the products in the set:

Now, the ā€œMakerbase 3Dā€ store on AliExpress does sell the ā€œ3D Touchā€ but when I go to the actual Makerbase website:

There’s no ā€œ3d Touchā€ listed as a product. I don’t think ā€œMakerbase 3Dā€ is actually ā€œMakerbaseā€, I could be wrong but there doesn’t seem to be an explicit connection between the two, more of an implicit one where a third party is trying to profit from another company’s product and reputation.

like i said J24 is not populated and means oldering on the board. i can only to go with a pin adapter on the wifi card port wehere it is too with a pin adapter.

I wonder why it worked then with the same pin on marlin an not on klipper

Apologies, on my V3.1 it is populated and I misunderstood and was confused because you had previously written:

It sounded like all the connectors had something plugged into them and I went to your printer.cfg to look for pins that weren’t allocated.

Then you should try the PA9/TXD1 pin on M3 (the Wireless port connector) with connections on Pin 21 and 15 (GND):

yeah i made a adapter to plug in but the printer works at the moment.

Yaeh V3.0 is other then the V3.1.

the 3.1 was the low specs version in chip shortage that has some other specs

so it changed and i will see

again the error version with message. i switch to bigtreetech microprobe v2 now

What MCU/board pin did you assign the sensor pin?

PA9/TXD1

like up it was said.
i will buikld it out for bigtreetech microprobe v2 and a usb eddy when its arrived

So bigtreetech microprobe v2 is running.

No errors on homing.

But error ā€œprobe prior to movementā€ on calibration and bed meshing when it first touch.

I think I will try things I found on net and when not I open a new thread.

Perhaps it has to do with that ā€œThe detection signal line is an open-drain output, which requires a 10K pull-up
resistor on the mainboard’s signal line or setting the IO as a pull-up input in the
firmware.ā€

edit solved.
