Describe your issue:

Most likely, your SD card has been corrupted.
My advice would be to set up your system again. You could of course play around and try to fix the problem, but you’ll probably waste more time and have a good chance of failing than if you start from scratch.

How did you setup fluidd? This is tricky doing it manually.
Although I’m not a great fan of such all-in-one tools, here I really recommend to use GitHub - th33xitus/kiauh: Klipper Installation And Update Helper

i have followed it sadly …
1-Started with fluid imager on SD card using raspb imager
2-return SD card to rasp and by wifi connecting PUTTY and installing Kiauh !!
i followed the same link u shared with me … this how i do it all the previous times before!!!
Now i ve setup mainsail !! … and it went good !! with the same procedure i don’t know y … it seems to better one
the only problem now that it cann’t connect with the printer … ive flashed klippy.bin with the stepps as usual … ive attached the klppy file log
klippy (2).log (326.1 KB)

What is the output of ls /dev/serial/by-id/*?
Did you make sure to have set the correct build options during make menuconfig? In doubt, do the firmware build again and reflash the board.

yes you were right as usual bro … can’t thank u enough … the klipper.bin wasn’t build right!
