Describe your issue:

flashed the sd card twice same problem.
used the same file to flash another sd card last week and it worked.

So it’s to assume the first SD card is broken?

i tried a different sd card with same file flashed to it…same error msg…
klippy (16).log (33.2 KB)

This error message generally means that the Klipper Host cannot establish any connection with the board (as if the board was not even connected). Could be:

  • Not correctly build firmware, e.g. wrong settings in make menuconfig
  • Not flashed correctly
  • Hardware issue with respect to the USB port / cable
  • Dead board

tried multiple “known good” usb’s
multiple “known good” sc cards and flashes
not sure what firmware build is but the other three ender 4.2.7’s that i have cloned this way work.
the baord is new but unknown
how can i test the board?

suddenly i can connect but there are no config files and i cant drag and drop anything into the list
klippy (19).log (277.3 KB)
moonraker (3).log (79.7 KB)

If Marlin is still on it, you can try Pronterface on your PC

klipper only
i got connected but when i updated the permision policy kit,
i lost all the config files and i cant move anything into the empty list
