Klipper/ mainsail mcu unable to connect

Hi everyone, virgin here…

Printer base: CR10V3
PH: Sprite Pro with K1MAX hotend
Board: BTT SKR3EZ V1.0
USB: PA11/PA12

I used KIAUH to install klipper and create the klipper.bin file for my printer.
I used filezila to get the bin file from klipper>out> klipper.bin
I copied this to the root of my empty sd card, inserted the sd card and switched on my printer.

However, my printer does not seem to take the flash, it starts up as normal and boots into marlin.
The mcu id does not seem like most of those that I have seen.

/dev/serial/by-id/usb-STMicroelectronics_MARLIN_STM32H743VI_CDC_in_FS_Mode_367739703230-if00

It reads as above… Obviously I am able to get the MCU id but it does not seem right and klipper can not connect…

[SOLVED]

Formatted the SD card with fat32 and reloaded the klipper.bin file BUT re-named as “firmaware.bin”, re-ran KIAUH Advacned> Get MCU ID copied and pasted to printer.cfg “mcu” saved and restarted, still no mcu connection, ssh-ed back into pi with putty and ran ls /dev/serial/by-id/* copied the new MCU ID which looks like this /dev/serial/by-id/usb-Klipper_stm32h743xx_3F0047000651303231393036-if00 saved and restarted and Klipper came up almost instantly… I even have my old style 12864 screen giving me the info…
