Inacutrate tempature reading on MiniRambo 1.3a

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Pulse XE
MCU / Printerboard: MiniRambo1.3a / SKR Mini E3 V3
klippy.log
klippy(4).log (220.8 KB)

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file. Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

When reading ambient tempature of extruder and bed on the MiniRambo 1.3a on the Pulse XE i get a reading of about 4 degrees higher then on the SKR mini E3 V3.

the right tempature is the one i get from the SKR.

thermistors and configuration are identical.

i can’t understand why it happens.

Have you checked putting them on the exact same place and the exact same thermal conditions?

Even with a slight breeze at another place, temperatures can change.

Just curious:

Besides the time scale, the graphs look very identical.

the measuring took place in a 5 minute diff and from the same printer (the 5 minutes is the time i needed to disconnect the SKR board and plug in the Rambo.

i have attached the thermistor schematics for both boards, maybe it will give someone an idea

Rambo 1.3a

Yo!

That really can make a difference.

Any ideas as to how to fix it?

The question is: How precise are the measurments at the heat up temperatures?

But maybe you can adjust a bit with varying the pullup_resistor and/or inline_resistor values in the printer.cfg
