Input Shaper - Invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5)

using RPi pico.
I get this error Invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5). I replaced USB cable, I tripled check the wiring I created and I also replaced the ADXL. Still getting the same error. Any advice what’s next?
