Is my bed_mesh calibration actually doing something?

my bed level heightmap (8x8) shows a variation of 250um. I have the load command in my print start macro and checked that it is loaded on print start. Unfortunately I see no effect between a print with and without the map loaded. To test I printed a 3x3 pattern of square patches filling the bed and having 1 layer. There is clearly a quality difference between the center (very good) and the patches at the front which show the sign of the nozzle too close . So it matches my expectation for no correction because the bed is bend upwards at the front as judged by the measured heightmap. I would expect the bed level to compensate for the height difference. Any ideas what to do?

sorry but when I wrote the post I couldnt get to my klippy.log and I just entered the printer model. I see this is a bit rude especially for a first post. Sorry again. The log is also too big (10M) and the upload does not work. here is an external link to the klippy klippy.log
