Issues with belted z axis

Hello,
I built a belted Voron Trident, the issue I have is that the z axis can sag when power is of.
Currently for probing I use TAP ==> when the z axis drops it will run into problem during z-tilt I occassionaly run into problems as that I reach the end of the linear rail before I sucessfully probe.
My solution for this would be:
One endstop for each of my z-axis at max, to roughly level the build plate and after this using the probe to perform a homing/adjusting z offset and performing tilt.

Would this be possible?
I have seen in the documentation that I can define an endstop for z, z1 and z2 but how is the probing/offset handled?
Thank you!

Lukas

Wouldn’t a better solution start with parking the toolhead where it won’t come into contact with the bed surface and add hard stops to the Z axis rails so the toolhead/gantry can’t drop to the point where they could be a problem?

While I’m not a big fan of macros but I would think you could write a couple of simple ones to park/unpark the toolhead.
