Hi everyone.
I started experiencing this very weird problem while tuning pressure advance as per the guide here: https://www.klipper3d.org/Resonance_Compensation.html

Basically after printing the first tower, you calculate your resonances with the caliper, set them in the config, and run another tower print to see if the mzv shaper is ok.

The problem is, everytime i start printing the second tower, it crashes on the perimeter of the first layer

Through testing, i’ve discovered the following:

Input Shaper ON + Pressure Advance ON = it prints fine
Input Shaper OFF + Pressure Advance OFF = prints fine
Input Shaper OFF + Pressure Advance ON = prints fine

Input Shaper ON + Pressure Advance OFF = klipper crashes on the first layer

I’ve even tried starting the print with PA on, and setting it to zero mid print, and sure enough after a few seconds of disabling it crashes.

This makes it so i cannot print the second ringing tower, because it requires PA off and Input shaper on.

This makes no sense to me, because with my old ender 3 mainboard (4.2.2) it worked fine.

Could it be some config setting that’s messing up my setup?
I’ve attached my log file, would be grateful for any kind of help

Thanks!
