Describe your issue:
This occured to me a few times now, at first I thought it’d be my PVE KVM Klipper Host VM, so I dug out a Raspberry Pi 3 and tried to print it using the Pi which also produced the same error. Another GCODE worked out fine like until the last 30mins of the print.
I’m not quite sure whether it’s the same issue as here: MKS Robin: MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Timer too close - I am currently using 128 microsteps.

Edit:
After turning down the Microsteps to some more sane values the issue didn’t occur anymore
