MCU Timer Error Help. Ender3V2

BMG Dual Gear Extruder Bowden Configuration
DragonFly Hotend
SuperSlicer setup for klipper, tested in PrusaSlicer also .

Installed ubuntu on virtualbox(2 processors, 4gb mem) in windows 10 and klipper, etc with kiauh on the vm.
Receiving mcu timer error during prints. it happens on every print in a range of 1% to 90% completion.
I have yet to complete a print larger that a 20x20 calibration cube.
Log is attached.

To deal with the usual “BUTs” first:

  • It does not matter how much CPU you throw at Klipper
  • It does not matter how much RAM you throw at Klipper
  • Klipper is happy running on a RPi Zero

Klipper requires very strict timings and reacts very sensitive to any interference. It may work in a virtual machine or not. In any case it is neither recommended nor supported.
