No power to extruder

Hi there,
I’m have a issue getting power to my stealthburner cw2 stepper motor for my Voron 2.4. I’ am just doing the initial start up " Very first time " And i have checked continuity on my cable hoked up to the stepper, I have swapped drivers with other stepper motors, Check for power with multi meter when touching the extrude button when at temp, and get nothing. I feel like its a config issue. I don’t get any errors from Klippy. Can some please help me.
Since i have no Klippy log here is my printer.cfg Thanks in advance.

Did you forgot the TMC definition for the Extruder? I have no idear what happens if you do not adress this…

BTW: What is “force move” ??

I saw the “force move” as i was looking for some way to move the extruder. It did
not work. Chuckles.
