Once i turn on the rapsberry and the power suply the heater starts heating, and never stops.

The heatbed is with a C-LIN SSR 40A480VAC Solid State Relay Input.

This only means that your MOSFET is dead and there is a leaking current, I can suggest replacing it or the board.
You can simply disconnect the board from the klipper and check the voltage on the heater.
Unconfigured boards should not provide voltage to pins (mosfet here often disconnects ground, not VIN line).
