Most likely one of two potential reason:
- Your
rotation_distanceis wrong (this is not something to “try”. There is only one truth). See Config Z lead screw 8mm diameter, 1 start, 2mm pitch - #2 by Sineos - Your z-axis has mechanical issues like binding etc.
