RPi Won’t Boot Unless I Unplug BTT Eddy

Host / SBC: RPi 3 Model B

Describe your issue:

For context, I’m running an RPi 3B with an SKR 3 EZ and a BTT Eddy on my Ender 5 converted to a Mercury One. The problem only started when I set up the BTT Eddy and happens every time I start up the printer. If the Eddy is plugged into the RPi when I turn on the power, Mainsail will not start at all. If I unplug the Eddy and then turn on the power, I’ll get an error in Mainsail until I plug in the Eddy and then everything works fine.

Should also note that the RPi and the SKR are both powered through the main switch, so they are turned on at the same time.

Anyone experience this with an Eddy or any other secondary MCU?
