Suggestion: move smooth_time from heaters to temperature sensors

Hi,

As it currently is, a smooth_time value can only be specified for temperature sensors associated with heaters.

This means that if you have a noise problem on a “free” temperature sensor, theres little you can do about it.

I would assume that either moving this feature to the sensors or duplicating it there should not be a huge effort?
