Thermocouple reader fault after temp is reached

Describe your issue:

I have extruder PT1000 connected on internal MAX on Octopus Pro. It show temperature without issues.

But it will crash when I set temperature close to maximum temp (like 250 on default settings). 248 is no issues, 250 crash with message about thermocouple.

It looks that temperature swing little over max_temp and it will crash klipper down.

You have limited your temp to max 250°C

yes, but system should be able to work with required temp set to max_temp (or it is not max_temp) or produce relevant error and not this one.

Even the swing has to be below max_temp.
