Unable to write tmc spi 'stepper_y1' register GLOBALSCALER

Basic Information:

Printer Model: custom
MCU / Printerboard: skr3ez STM32H723VGT6 variant

I have seen this issue everywhere but with no solution. Did anyone manage to solve this issue for tmc 5160s. I was experimenting with different spi buses I used the Pe15 Pe14 Pe13 at first and got the same message. Also changed run_current, spi speed, went from 48 volts to 24 volts, plugged the diagonal jumper in, and tested the drivers on a different board (still work).

Any suggestions?

Appears to be a bad board, btt quality control strikes again bought 2 boards first board wouldnt connect usb second woundnt connect via spi third board seems to work… Thank goodness for amazon returns.
