Voron tap start G-code issue orca

Basic Information:

Printer Model: voron 2.4
MCU / Printerboard: Octopus V1.1, STMF446xx
klippy (5).zip (644.4 KB)

Host / SBC Mainsail
klippy.log

Voron tap not working after upload and print.

…So i have upgraded my computer. Now i am unable to print with my Voron. Klippy attached. I am able to get to temp on bed/extruder and everything works. Once i hit upload and print, extruded drops from 260 degrees to 150. ( Is it possible for the voron tap to start at 150 do its homing and QGL then rise to 260. Instead of it needing to rise to 260 than drop to 150 than raise back to 260?)
Next it will tap the center of bed 6 times for some reason then sends Move out of range: 0.000 -25.000 10.000 [0.000] error, error sometimes changes Move out of range: 1.000 -3.500 10.000 [0.000] . I feel like its a G-code start print problem either in my CFG. file or its in orca,

I have the following G-Code in my Orca slicer:

; Filament gcode
M104 S0 ; Stops OrcaSlicer from sending temp waits separately
M140 S0
print_start EXTRUDER=[first_layer_temperature] BED=[first_layer_bed_temperature] CHAMBER=[chamber_temperature]

And my Start print G-code CFG.file

I have completed a fresh calibrate for the homing.
I have tried a different G-code start print macro.
It must be something simple!
I really could use some help. thanks in advance

The START_PRINT macro in the log looks quite different:

[gcode_macro PRINT_START]
gcode =
	G21
	G90
	M82
	M107

	G28

	G28 Z0
	G0 X1 Y-3.5 F12000
	G0 Z0.2 F2000

	M117 Heating bed...

	M190 S{params.BED_TEMP|default(75)|float}
	M117 Settling bed...
	G4 P210000

	M117 Heating hotend...
	M109 S{params.HOTEND_TEMP|default(200)|float

anyhow, the START_PRINT macro in your post has these lines:

  # Heat hotend to 150c. This helps with getting a correct Z-home.
  SET_DISPLAY_TEXT MSG="Hotend: 150c" # Display info on display
  M109 S150

Sorry for the incorrect info. It seams my issue was in the STL.
file. I eventually uploaded a new file and printed right away.
I’m unsure how these files have became corrupt, but happy its working.
Thankyou for your time.
