Z axis calibrationissue

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Tronxy x5sa pro
MCU / Printerboard: stock board f446 processor

I have an issue with Z offest on my tronxy x5sa pro, running Klipper with mainsail. I calibrate my z offset, have it lightly tugging on paper, Save config, run bed mesh, save config. re-home, set Z to zero and theres a small gap ontop of the paper, the gap changes every time I recalibrate the Z axis a little. Typically its about -0.0235. I do all my calibration with my bed at 60C.

I have a belt between the zaxis, have slowed z speed down to 10 and 5mm/s. Changed the hot end for a full metal one (sits just a tiny bit higher then stock. Other then this my setup is stock. Have set my config to probe 3x and use the median (did this to try and fix this issue). I am still using the stock back probe ( Capacitive) and it’s reading really accurate with probe_accuracy. The reason why I slowed the Z down was when it was at 50mm/s the bed was moving to quick and throwing off my first reading for probe_accuracy and throwing off the standard deviation. since the change it’s rock solid…

Has anyone else had this issue / have a solution?
