Z tilt questions

I’m new to klipper, I have an Ender 6 running klipper. Now I have a CR10 S5, I’d like to install klipper, it has the upgraded silent board offered by Creality. It also was upgraded with bl touch.

The question is, can klipper do Z leveling with the bl touch and be able to use the build platform mesh as well? I know marlin does this, but it wasn’t clear with klipper.

Yes, Klipper ca do bed mesh levelling and - with two steppers for the Z-axes - it can also tilt compensation:
