BLtouch wont perform Home after first print. Z will move anyway

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 Max with Creality Sprite pro
MCU / Printerboard: Creality 4.2.2

Describe your issue:

The only way to get the BLtouch to perform G28 correctly is to power cycle the printer after the first print. If you try to print or home the BLtouch 3.1 will not deploy and the Z moves ignoring the fact that the probe has not deployed. It manually responds to the pin down and pin up commands successfully. But try to home and it wont deploy. Rebooting the laptop with kippler wont work either. Only a printer power-cycle.

Same issue when setting probe_with_touch_mode: false?

Yes.

After many different configurations, I will get a probe failed to deploy.

Same issue for me. Any resolution? I have been doing a hard reset as a work around.
